Ordering

Please place orders for kringles, gateaux, cakes and pies no later than 18.00 on the previous day. NB! The baker does not bake on Wednesdays and Sundays. Orders for Wednesday must be placed no later than 18.00 on Monday.

To order larger quantities of products, please contact kohvik@kohvik.ut.ee or call us by telephone and we will agree on all the details.

To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping basket. The quantity of goods can be changed in the shopping basket. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable method of delivery (“I will collect it myself” or “home delivery”). The total cost of the order is then displayed and can be paid via bank link. The order is confirmed and goes into production once you have made the payment.

If the ordered products cannot be supplied because the goods have unexpectedly run out or for any other reason, we will notify the buyer at the first opportunity and refund the amount paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) without delay, but no later than within 7 days of receiving the notice.

Prices

Product prices are stated in the product description. All prices shown in the e-shop include value added tax of 22%. The delivery charge is added to the order price and is shown separately in the e-shop shopping basket.

Terms of payment

Payments can only be made in euros. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. The order can be paid for online via bank link (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor Pank, LHV and others) as a euro payment. The details for making the euro payment, together with all applicable state taxes and additional charges, can be found in the order confirmation displayed on screen after the order has been confirmed.

Once you have made the payment, be sure to click the “Back to merchant” button so that we know you have made the payment and your order goes into production.

The order confirmation and invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Please check that you have received the order confirmation!

Card payment and cash payment are also available on the premises.

Restoran Ülikooli Kohvik OÜ is the controller of personal data; the company transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.

Terms of delivery

Orders can be collected at Ülikooli 20 at the agreed time:

• Mon–Fri 8.00-17.30 from the bakery door on the Munga Street side
• Sat 8.00-15.00

Home delivery service

If you have chosen the home delivery service, the order will be delivered to you as agreed. Please indicate in the order a delivery window of at least one hour. The charge within Tartu is 6€; if the destination is outside Tartu, please place the order by e-mail.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at least 24h before the deadline for fulfilling the order by writing to kohvik@kohvik.ut.ee or calling 5180866 (Mon–Sat 9-17.00).

Please state your order number and the bank account number to which you would like the payment refunded.

Provided that the above conditions are met, we will refund the money to you within 5 working days.

If a placed order has not been cancelled in time or the ordered goods are not collected on the day the order is to be fulfilled, the amount paid will not be refunded to the customer.
