Working at Restoran Ülikooli Kohvik and DRINKGELD is very varied – our NINE ROOMS OF DIFFERENT STYLES AND SIZES host birthdays, weddings, seminars, memorial meals, receptions and many other events.

We also cater many events outside the house. That is why we are looking for team members who enjoy varied work, dealing with people and helping to create well-organised events.

Your duties include

• preparing the rooms according to the nature of the event;
• arranging tables and chairs and setting up the rooms;
• laying the tables beautifully and festively;
• serving banquet tables and events professionally;
• working behind the bar and making cocktails;
• tidying the rooms at the end of events and, where needed, preparing the tables and rooms for the next events.

In addition, the senior waiter's duties include directing the service team, assigning tasks and being responsible for the smooth organisation of service.

It is a particular bonus if you enjoy social media and can create eye-catching posts or photos that our social media staff member can then use.

While we are usually happy to train new people ourselves, this time we are looking for candidates who already have previous experience in service or bar work.

Working hours

Work takes place from Monday to Saturday according to a rota, but pre-booked events occasionally take place on Sundays too.

As we serve many parties and larger events, please bear in mind that on Fridays and Saturdays longer working days may sometimes last until 2–3 a.m.
